You may have to "clear your cookies." In Internet Explorer  Select  Tools / Internet Options. Select the General Tab, and under Temporary Internet Files / Delete Cookies. Select the Privacy Tab to see your "cookie" setting.

If the user is using such software, they should temporarily disable it for the purpose of placing the order.

There is a bug in certain versions of Internet Explorer that causes the browser to send a blank form to the web server. Details of this browser bug can be found on Microsoft. Under certain conditions, this IE bug causes the browser to drop all form information when posting to a secure page, which causes our E-Commerce to receive blank form submissions. That is one of the main things that causes the timeout message. This can usually be resolved by updating Internet Explorer.
