If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of Margaritaville Apparel merchandise that is exclusively sold on Margaritavillestore.com. All products must be unworn, unwashed, unused or undamaged within 30 days of the original purchase. Merchandise must have all original tags attached. Women's swimwear must have all tags and hygienic liner intact. If returned with the original receipt, you will receive an exchange or refund for the original purchase price. International orders can only be returned for credit, not exchanged. Please contact Margaritaville Customer Service Department at CS@MargaritavilleApparel.com to request a return authorization number (RMA).

Unfortunately we cannot accept COD returns. Orders placed outside of the continental US are not eligible for exchanges, only refunds will be issued. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
Shipping costs for returns will be at customer expense through customer carrier of choice. All RMA’s issued by Margaritaville Customer Service will expire 30 days after issuance.
