If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of merchandise that is exclusively sold on Margaritavillestore.com. All products must be unworn, unwashed, unused or undamaged within 30 days of the original purchase. Merchandise must have all original tags attached. Women's swimwear must have all tags and hygienic liner intact. If returned with the original receipt, you will receive an exchange or refund for the original purchase price. International orders can only be returned for credit, not exchanged.
Please contact Margaritaville Customer Service Department at email@example.com to request a return authorization number (RMA).

Unfortunately we cannot accept COD returns. Orders placed outside of the continental US are not eligible for exchanges, only refunds will be issued. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
Shipping costs for returns will be at customer expense through customer carrier of choice. All RMA’s issued by Margaritaville Customer Service will expire 30 days after issuance.

Items purchased at Margaritaville resorts or other retail locations that carry Margaritaville product are not eligible for return or exchange through MargaritavilleStore.com. Please contact the resort or location where the items were purchased in order to obtain information on their return and exchange policies.
A one-time price adjustment may be made within 7 days of purchase. For online orders, please contact Customer Service at 1-855-480-2544 (Toll Free) and please have your order number ready. Please note that we can only make adjustments for in-stock styles and colors.
