If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Margaritavillestore.com, we will gladly accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with original tags intact. Kindly note returns will only be accepted with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please reach out to Margaritaville Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) in order to ensure your return will be accepted. All RMA’s issued by Margaritaville Customer Service will expire 30 days after issuance.
Orders placed outside the continental US are not eligible for exchanges, but may be returned at the guest’s expense for a refund. Original shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. Kindly note return shipping costs must be at the expense of the guest.
